The President

Hi everyone! My name is Edward Shattock and I’m the President of Arch Soc. I study history which, for me, is a mixture of medieval and modern, and my interest in archaeology derives from owning a bunch of ancient and medieval coins. When I’m not working, I spend my time playing tennis and golf!

The Vice President

Hi, I'm Tom Bender. I'm a third year ancient history and archeology student who loves studying assyriology in his off time. So basically anything after the year is zero is modern to me. I've been an active member since first year and I'm excited to see what this new year will bring!

Treasurer

Hi, my names Eliza Hobbs and I’m the Treasurer of Arch Soc. I study medieval history. I like archaeology because it fascinates me as another way of understanding the past. When I’m not being consumed by deadlines and coursework, I like to take pictures, read, and generally explore new places!

Hi! My name is Dawn Lui and I’m a second-year art history student who’s obsessed with all things vintage and hope to work in a museum one day. I also own a mini collection of antique brooches which I guess that’s why I’m interested in archaeology! I am also an avid painter and film fan. If you like indie movies or even adventure movies like The Mummy and Indiana Jones you’re automatically my friend.
